At Jamones Marpla, we are committed to both the quality of our products and the satisfaction of our customers.

Thus, the raw materials used in the preparation of our hams come from pigs rigorously selected right from the start, animals that have successfully passed an extensive series of health checks, obtained from suppliers that comply with the strictest quality controls in their production processes and whose degree of compliance and efficacy are periodically verified.

  For its part, Jamones Marpla was one of the first companies to obtain ISO 9002 certification for its quality control system, for the preparation and sale of Serrano and Iberian ham, and once again we were among the first to achieve this certification in accordance with the ISO 9001:00 Standard.

  This certification of its quality systems has been recognised by ENAC, the Spanish National Accreditation Agency, and the British National Accreditation of Certification Bodies.

  Likewise, Marpla's entire production of Serrano hams complies with the quality requirements established in the document regulating the JAMÓN SERRANO Guaranteed Traditional Speciality.

  Our entire production of Serrano ham is thus periodically audited by CERTIFOOD, which guarantees and certifies strict compliance with the CE 2419/1999 Regulation, regulating Serrano ham production.

  In recognition of all these efforts to improve the quality of both our processes and our products day by day, in 2001 we were authorised to use the "Certified Quality" logo granted by the Regional Government of Andalusia to those companies whose products meet the quality requirements established in decree 242/01.
